Usability Evaluation

Remember usability relates to how easy it is for a user to interact with a system or product.

We need to test how a user interacts with a system. This could be an existing system we want to replace or our own design.

We can test this by observing the user use an existing system. Such as navigating a website, using an application, setting up a computer, or playing a video game.

We can use focus groups and surveys to get people to evaluate our designs.

One way to achieve this is to create a wireframe mock up of the user interface and observe how people interact with it.
