Questions that you should consider are:
- Who will look after the Outcome in the future?
- How easy is it to update?
- Is the Outcome easy to modify and improve?
- Can additional features be added?
- Can the users / owners update the Outcome themselves?
- Can it be automatically or remotely updated?
- Does the Outcome Need to have a lifespan / end date?
